My go-to is always Glemorangie 10 year. It's practically a dessert Scotch; less smokyness and more fruity notes.

Never tried the 12, it any good?

Beyond that, I like Jim Beam Bonded (which they don't sell where I live, so I settle for Devil's cut or Black) and Teacher's Highland (which is surprisingly not bad for such a cheap scotch.)
