I'm cutting to get slim for the Summer too. I've literally had no more than 600 calories in the last 24 hours. The trick is to not eat carbs at all, that shit gives you an appetite and makes you ravenous, even if it's the healthy carbs. I start my low-cal days with half a bottle of muscle milk. It's so sickeningly sweet (it's got artificial sweeteners, not real sugar) that it kills my appetite completely. Over the rest of the day I take a sip whenever I feel an appetite working up. If I can do it, you can too, fatty.
