First of the season, marinated that bitch to perfection, seared for a couple of minutes, flipped, seared again, finished on indirect heat for 30 minutes.
Nice and moist
Succulent as fuck

After following your instructions of low and slow.
This is what I did
I seared both sides for about 5-7 minutes, then I let it cook on indirect heat for about 30 minutes.
The camera doesn't really do it justice, It's nice and succulent and moist.
Also no it's not burned, thats just how my marinade makes it look.
