>Styling a movie meal is not just about cooking an appetizing dish, though. Consider the branzino. The Spider-Man scene originally called for Peter to be unnerved by the fish’s eye staring back up at him — something that’s not possible with the real-life dish, where the eyes melt in the oven. White found himself having to painstakingly remove one eye from each raw fish, then place it back in a roasted socket.

So, I've never been an eater of full fish, any time I've had fish it's been sliced away meat. Is the grizzlyness something you had to get over in time, or did it just never bother you? I mean melted eyeballs, Jesus. Furthermore, surely when served a full fish, there must be innards and guts in tact?

What's so good about fish that makes them better than birds for eating?

I need to remember a food. The details are blurry but I'll try my best.

When I was a kid, around Christmas time every year, there would be these.....special order catalog things, you'd select some items and send away and then they'd come and you'd get them. I think it may have been for some organization, maybe a fundraiser or charity, I don't know. Anyway....I always wanted this cheese.

It was a cheese dip that had a very tangy rich flavor, it was thick, it was great and I ate it with these like, salted wheat crackers or something they sold, anyone have any idea what specific kind of cheese dip this was? Pic not related.

How to learn that fish is great to eat? I don't find the taste awful, it's just that I find them to be such gross creatures I hardly want to ingest them, can you help me consider them more apatizing?
