True. My buddy is hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) and has to eat something within 10-15mins of waking up. I’ve seen him go into “shock” after a couple of hours because he didn’t eat right away; puking up stomach acid, inability to talk, sweating and shaking and passing out for a few hours.
