I’m going to have a try at making corned beef from scratch. I got a big grass-fed brisket from my neighbor. I am going to brine it until next weekend with pickling salt, bay leaves, allspice, clove, peppercorns and juniper berries. Anyone have any tips? Share your recipe and we can discuss.
