how long can unopened milk stay out of the fridge for?

I have an unopened bottle in my fridge but made a spontaneous trip to go away so I'm going to give it to my sister for her kid.

before going to her place I'm going to Church first. so including church and travel time its going to be out of the fridge for 1.5-2 hours
