Here's my birb all gussied up for the big show. Finna bouta put it in the oven in 20 min. Finishing touches will be butter and fresh herbs and thinly sliced garlic under the skin right before it goes in. Stuffed with celery, carrots, fennel, an onion, cloves of garlic, and a pear from my in laws tree. Rubbed with coarse salt, fresh ground pepper, herbs de provence, and paprika.
