Every brewery I’ve been to has had solid food, one of them was fantastic. Then again I’m in the northwest and the brewery scene is very well established and they also often have trained chefs running the food part. I’ve heard the brewery culture is a lot different elsewhere where food is overlooked and amounts to bar food.
