This is the only good kind of pizza, everything else (dough thick as fuck, cheesy dough or whatever horror americans can think of) is not pizza. Must be prepared in wood oven for maximum deliciousness. Dough should be thin, crispy, on the edge of being burnt. basil should be fresh, like the mozzarella.
Protip: the best pizza is a very well prepared margarita. Want to test a pizzeria? order the margarita.
