not a very common tool but it has a lot of quirky uses. this is an Ulu knife used by Native Americans up in Alaska, you can use it to cut through meat and veggies or get one with the matching bowl and use it to chop or grind up ingredients.

for me, it makes for a great pizza cutter, you get way more leverage for cutting through thick or dry crusts and its easier to clean than the stupid spinny wheel thing.
