Imagine being able to eat something less than rare without the repercussion of zero nutrients and salmonella. It's honestly better rare to medium.
If you're looking for a plant burger like a blackbean or starch and lentil fry though it's not the same. It tries to emulate high quality beef from the few times I've tried it.
Sometimes I'd rather opt for something that palettes with fatty dressings like a mushroom burger with chunky ranch. This burger is decent because it's cheap and tastes like a freshly butchered veal.
