Nachos. Processed liquid nacho cheese, really, since I'm still totally down for normal melted cheese. First time I had it, it was cold and some horrible off-brand I guess. The people heated it up a little in a crockpot but it was the nastiest thing I can remember putting in my mouth. It's still enough to help me vomit when I need to.

I'm making nachos in a few days and was looking to mix things up a bit. It's a basic queso dip with jalapenos and seasoned ground beef. Any tips/ideas?
