If your place has a break room, I used to do this when I worked in an office.
>oats
>milk powder/dried fruit/pb2/dark chocolate/scoop of whey/etc.
>add hot water from coffee machine
I used a small, metal-lined thermos instead of the bags in picrel, but the idea is the same.
Great for getting through that last stretch of the day when everyone else is crashing from eating takeout for lunch.
