So, I got a slab of salmon not long ago, and I wanted to try my hand at curing it to make some sushi salmon with it (picture is not mine). I thought I had covered it all with salt, but after leaving it for a bit, some spots didn't have as much salt as other spots. Is it still gonna be safe to eat if not every single inch was salted?
