Basically, just make your mash/sugar wash, leave it at a reasonable temp until it stops bubbling, then filter it and distill what you've got. These are my current batches and I'm running into some issues distilling them because plastic wrap isn't great, but I'll get an done. Generally takes a long fucking time unless you have legit instruments, but it's still not hard
