I like to whisk a little dijon mustard into my eggs before I cook them

Based. I'm in Orange county, adams is one of the only places I know I can get all kinds of specialty foods like duck eggs or store made bangers. And the vast majority of the store is locally sourced products besides a bunch of the shelf stable stuff

For me? Adam's Fairacre Farms. They staryed carrying these local duck eggs and they're incredible

They're tasty as fuck, definitely a subtle difference in taste than chicken eggs but not really sure how to describe. Much thicker than chicken eggs but beats into a wonderful consistency, and 1 duck egg is equal to about 2 chicken eggs in size. Worth a try if you can find any, I got mine at a local all natural store
