Or you can source animals raised on regenerative farms. Also animal feed production is shit, but desu after learning about the production of non animal feed crops like avocado, broccoli, bananas, cashews, palm, almonds, etc, etc etc I gotta say, it really makes those corn and soy farms not look nearly as bad. The corn and soy farm I live on doesn't even till or irrigate. Though of course once I take over those 400 acres it won't even be a sprayed or artificially fertilized mono culture anymore.

Why don't you try befriending farmers? You know, the ones who's products you pay for every day but you hate so much? Maybe veganic farmers,keep in mind there are like maybe 3 veganic farms still in operation in the united states (and only in states with weather that allows them to produce year round) and usually it's because they've only been around for maybe a few years. The fertility just runs out. Turns out green manure can only do so much!

Weird idea: maybe life isn't such a bad thing? Sure there's "bad" things that happen, but only because an individual interpenetrates it as "bad". Maybe what's actually bad is your perception of your personal reality. You're depressed, your brain is not functioning properly. You are living a half life and you have to wake up in order to truly start living. In order to do that you will have to swallow your pride and accept that even though you are just a tiny insignificant speck in the world you are still more than nothing, and that's something.
