I was in Japan a few years ago, yes, there is Soysauce that's even better than Kikkoman. But for me as an European, it's hard to buy those. Thanks for the info though.

I'm curious how that turned out. Did it warp the pan at all? Any noticeable differences when cooking? Did the catfish turn out tasty?
