The [picture related] used was the cheaper "just cut a corner of a plastic bag" one, and broke before the end.
There was no [metal bit on pic related] used on the rest of the cake either.
(It's rare my dictionary fails on me, sorry about that.)
And the oven rack is a good place to let cool a cake.
