Really. positive you wanna know? White meat chicken or turkey. Unless in a sandwich. with mayo, lettuce and lots of black pepper, or in chicken and dumplings,(my brother in law is the master of chicken and dumplings) part of a chicken pie. A simple baked chicken, like an egg, is one of the toughest things to make. any race or age. Simplest things are ALWAYS the toughest. Not a fan of "tendies" or nugets, but if I admitted I like them on a burger bun with hot sauce and blu, um blue cheese? Instant death. If you like them, have at it. Any thing you must cover or dip in "sauce" is pretty bland. Same could be said for chateu briand, fillet, lobster, or greens. Sorry, I just prefer thighs and legs. Eat what you will. I feel your pain.( a famous Clinton (Bill) saying). and a registered Pub myself. Cast iron is heavy as you get older, very. and reworkable. I mostly use thick bottom stainless, And like cast, it takes a while for the minute cracks to "fill in". I do use cuisenart or other thick, quality. But... I have a little beat up fry pan, wore off most of the coating, use it for everything, and some well meaning relitives were scrubbing it with steel wool and soap. It takes a while to build that up. I was outraged. They were not a child. Just a beat up old fry pan. You don't do that. I know this is not pol, and the Clintons are not perfect (like me, of course) but barring anything terrible, Hillary has got it.Yeah, not perfect, like I am.
