This shit right here is a literal wildcard. Every bottle I've bought tasted completely different from the last.

It's quite moderate as the "extreme sauces" go, but enough that one drop on a toast is enough to make me sweat. Two-three drops per a Ramen bowl make it an interesting experience too, sweat, hiccups and all.

Generally if I want a dish spicy, I no longer need to add shitloads of peppers or condimens, a couple drops of this give it heat and any chilies etc are just for flavor. And a cup of hot broth with two drops of it on a cold day is a life-saver; making me feel hot in a few moments.

Considering the flask of 5 oz cost me some $10 and I'm rarely using more than 2-3 drops at a time, it's really great from economical point of view. Instead of a pound of chillies to make a big pot of Lecsó spicy, I can get generic bell peppers or other cheap vegetables, squirt a little of the sauce in and have it steaming hot.
