Well don't start because smoke breaks cost you. The dudes who trained me to dish wash both smoke and they go crazy fast just to get their break.

Fuck Carbon. Only give it the light of day and scrub it when the rush is not there. Otherwise, only your boss can tell you to clean it off the back of the pans. THe back of the pan has to be RIDICULOUSLY black for me to do anything about it during a rush.

When the going gets tough, let the machine do a little bit more of the work than its supposed to.

Clean the trap before you go. and Don't eat from the buses.

You only need to be told you're the slowest dishwasher once. Thats when I learned that its not that bad to go hard for an extended amount of time.

Use your space creatively. I play basketball with the bus tubs to throw them up to the top shelf when they are otherwise in my way.
