I don't give a flying fuck about Panera and wouldn't mind seeing them go under.
But the best case scenario, and I mean the BEST case scenario from this trial is that coffee refills nationwide go from "free" to "That'll be $5.59 plus tip!".
The worst case scenario is that caffeinated substances become regulated to a point that you have to show your ID just to order green tea.

There's no good outcome to any of this.
You think it'll stop at just slapping a label on it.

I don't know what to tell you. All I know is that I spent $30+ on a garbage bag full of canjun soup with shell fish mixed in and told to go at it.
