We keep going, w/ the p ink steak because that's how it is supposed to be eaten. We do not accept all of these "medium/medium well" meme steaks" As you see this looks tasty, instead of "oh my steak has red on it and un rendered fat, i must be a bad ass to eat this? no boi, you just get sick eating that un rendered fat. so what I do is make nice steak actually look nice.

I small pot tiny cooked the steak.
(oil in very small pot, high heat to start sear each side, turn, turn, turn heat down, lid on at all times; same thing as sous watering but better)
