No, that's rare to blue-rare, because there's still pink in the middle. Almost raw at that point, borderline dangerous to eat.

Well the thicker they are the harder to cook.

So on the grill to get some color he indirect cooking or in the frying pan high heat to get the surface then low heat to cook them through.
