So after a year of brewing tea grampa style exclusively i finally dug out my dayi branded gaiwan and had a gongfu session earlier and i think im going to have to take a break from grampa style, at least for raw puers. Earlier i was drinking an 8653 which is absolutely punishing on my guts grampa style and it was pretty nice gongfu. Putting my boiling water in a big insulated bottle so i don't have to constantly reboil the kettle makes it much less of a hassle.
Do you guys typically use a fairness pitcher for solo sessions? I have a cup i can just dump my whole gaiwan in so i have been doing that..
