If I can't enjoy sweet and savory flavors together, do I have no soul? I can't stand barbecue sauce, sweet teriyaki sauce, or ketchup on burgers as a few examples

I can't flip a fucking a pancake. I always mess up and they end up looking weird. I literally get nervous when it's time to flip them and I fuck up. Or they're not cooked enough and the mix gets ruined when I put the spatula under. Also I make them big and I think the iron skillet I cook them with is too small, does that something have to do with it? How do I fix this?
