I bought some beef chuck roast not because it was on sale, not really thinking about what I could actually do with it. Most of the recipes I see call for a slow cooker, but I don't have one. Can I just use a normal large pot (non-stick), or would I be better off dicing it and cooking it in a skillet?
Also does anyone have any ideas on what kinds of food I can make with it? I'm on a fairly tight budget for now (like $80 a week) so I can't spend that much, especially if I want to buy more cookware
