Yes, teach. Just mixed up enough concentrate for 9L of filter. 35/15(sey) with calcium chloride and potassium bicarb. It makes different coffee than the same specs made with epsom salt and baking soda. I know this because I've tried it side by side across several different coffees/origins/processes. Tried (waterchem) blends too but its already annoying weighing out two powders. Can you teach me anything about your water or are you just guessing?
