>Used to drink one a day minimum, often two or three.
>Get a mild mild headache that only lasts the afternoon, don't feel exhausted, easily aggravated, or unfocussed.
>Nothing else after that.
>Only have it occasionally now, still enjoy it but actually notice the energy rush.
Well, looks like it didn't happen to me when I got older.
