Kek. My gf used to say beef was boring bland meat, until I cooked her a proper fucking pan steak and she was blown away by it.
My advice to you would be to stop trying to get her to like something she is clearly unwilling to explore. If having a steak loving gf is important to you for some reason then stay calm but persistent and try different cuts and different preparation methods until you find something she likes, then home in on it. Or just get a new gf.
