I still prefer herb bread. But if I can't hold it together because I've finally used too much meat, cheese, vegetables, peppers; then I wrap it tight in wax or parchment paper and couple of little pieces of gorilla tape at the seams so I can tear it apart as I eat.

Grinder.

I like to brush the inner part of the bread down with olive oil and just a sprinkle of onion powder and salt, left it sit, then par-toast it. The meats and the cheeses only get above room temp during a second warming.
