I'm eating a bit of either right now on the carnivore diet due to its high vitamin K content. Make sure you eat it with fat as its fat-soluble. But it also may have a fair amount of (natural, or even artificial???) MSG, and histamine, so people tolerate it differently.

how does one lose weight while eating tasty food?
