What's a good recipie for a thick, brown gravy that works well with bread as a dip. Bread similar to Yorkshire Pudding, and the gravy I have in mind would be the kind similar to gravy you'd use for mashed potatoes but doesn't come out of a bag as powder or some bullshit.
