My meatloaf how my grandma used to make it. White bread cubes soaked in a bit of milk(not soaking wet, just damp. It makes it more fluffy and less dense), sauteed onions(if you like them more pungent and harder texture put in raw onions).
Whole boiled peeled egg(best if the egg yolk isn't fully cooked yet), slightly boiled carrot sticks, thinly sliced pickles and whole vienna sausage.
