Just got some Vollrath carbon steel pans for pennies on the dollar today that sell for $75 a piece

Most expensive thing I've bought from memory is a Wusthof 7 piece set for $200 a few years back
2nd expensive thing I bought for my kitchen is a used sous vide machine for $60 that sells for $250 new, got it two weeks ago, about to break it in this week with some venison stew
