Setting aside the fact that his pronounciation of Yorkshire makes me cringe my cheekbones into orbit, if he had done even the slightest bit of research into yorkshire puds, he would have known that pic related is what they are supposed to look like. They definitely don't look like pastry hockey pucks.

I couldn't tell you exactly what he fucked up because I've never made yorkshire puds myself, but I think it's that he used too little oil and didn't have the pan hot enough when he poured the batter in.
