>Were the vikings as thin and wormy as today's vegans?
What you call 'thin and wormy' is the natural state a human body should be. Looking like a blow up doll Rambo is unnatural, even Arnold Schwarzenegger said this very early on in his career, that this type of body is taxing on your heart and can only be maintained at a very young age. You see many bodybuilders suffer heart problems later on (ironically Arnold too). Also the vikings you mentioned were very likely to be a lot thinner than what you like to believe from Hollywood movie depictions. Your statement is invalid.

I'm in my mid 30s, vegan for 11 years and I still train twice a week and am fitter than most 20 year olds. I'm in the process of a PhD thesis atm, so spare me with any 'mental deterioration' stories. They key is learning about nutrition, invest time and money to cook meals, and living consciously. Something that modern humans are virtually incapable of. + there are endless amounts of weakling and cowards like yourself who spread their nonsensical propaganda everywhere.

Don't worry goy, lab-grown meat is not far away.
