This lil nigga right here. I'm Swiss Brazilian, so my senpai frequently goes to this Swiss festival in some random boondocks in interior Sao Paulo, and a common offering is Cervelat. Ate it as a kid, taste was pretty okay, but they didn't split it part like in pick related. It was sausage on a stick, very thicc, savory, I didn't like the skin, had a sort of plastic-ness to it.

Anyways, I ate it one time, and got food poisoning. Made me swear off of sausages for about 3 years. Since then I've recovered my taste for sausage, my favor atm being based toscana.
