bought an enamel coated cast iron pan
the (light colored) outside enamel coating is shiny and smooth (easy to clean)
the inside enamel coating (black) is extremely rough, textured (not easy to clean)
am I doing something wrong? how are you supported to use and maintain an enameled cast iron pan? I'm assuming you don't need to and can't "season" it
anyone else have experience with them?
