That pan really is lovely. It's the closest thing to a real wok I can use effectively on those induction plates, so I was happy when I found it. DeBuyer calls it a "country pan", whatever that means. Only downside is that I'm often struggling with food sticking too much, no matter how furiously I stir. Even with all the seasoning it has accumulated. I often resort to my cheap non-stick wok, which does the job very well too. It's not as high though, so stuff still escapes occasionally.
It could also be because I've only been cooking with Stargate SG-1, but I highly doubt it.
