Op, I gave up meat about 5 years ago when my daughter was born. I realized I needed to try and leave the world in better shape than I recieved it in because of her, I also decided I wanted to see her get married and have kids one day, and play with my Grandkids...

My blood pressure went from 155/95 to 123/72.
Cholesterol went from 350 to 165 and hdl and ldl ratios are much, much better as well.
I stopped having head aches and my skin cleared up...
