I'm Polish, I like a lot of different stuff
as far as Polish cuisine goes i.e.
>clear borscht with ushka (small pierogis filled with meat or mushrooms)
>rich chicken soup with egg pasta, lots of herbs and pepper
>many different types of pierogi
>chanterelle crepes with creamy sauce
>potato pancakes with sour cream
>steak tartare
