Snow Royal, created to serve the Emperor and Empress on Hokkaido's centennial.
I had it two ways. First was a tiramisu parfait, and second was this excellent pudding a la mode.

Milk. Hokkaido is famous for milk, cheese, and ice cream. Milk is the default flavor there instead of vanilla.
But really, this ice cream was impressive because of the texture. Creamiest, smoothest ice cream I've ever had. It's a shop called Barnes, not so far from the Olympic museum.
A runner up ice cream wise was Snow Royal, which is also pretty damn good.
