There is a better burger out there, but it's more expensive.

At Bill and Hiroko's burger in Van Nuys. It's basically exactly hte same thing... made exactly the same way (mustard swab and all)... but on a 49 year old gaspowered flat top grill that's had nothing but delicious burgers on it for 49 years straight.

Bill told me he makes the same burgers at home but they just don't taste the same without that grill.
