I know, I already said I have an outdoor oven. But it's winter so I'd rather just get the whole kitchen nice and warm with the oven and relax with some beers. And I wanted to show that you can at least make pretty decent pizza in a home oven, so maybe pizza newbs don't get discouraged.

Pic related is the best one I've gotten out of my Roccbox.

That looks really good. I wish I would have gotten an Ooni. I got a Roccbox, and it is kinda shit. There's just one giant flame at the back, so it burns the shit out of the back of your crust before it even cooks the front enough to start flipping it.

I still get okay results out of it though.

Very nice. I got a Roccbox and I'm kinda wishing I had gotten an Ooni. It definitely takes a lot of practice to not burn them to hell.

Temperature of the oven is important as the other anons have said but the dough also needs to be risen in the fridge for at least a couple days.

At least with my oven, it will burn like hell if you go that high. I get the best results at about 700 degrees. Then again I'm not the best pizza anon on this board by any means.
