Why the fuck aren’t corned beef hash omelets more widely available?! They’re the GOAT omelet.

I haven’t eaten breakfast since I was a little kid and even then, my parents had to force me to eat something as I’m simply not hungry in the morning.

I do like breakfast foods though and a corned beef hash omelette or biscuits and gravy are among the best thing ever.

Corned beef hash omelets are fuck’n great but nobody hereabouts makes them.

Now if only some local joint would offer corned beef hash omelets but the only place I know of is Desi’s restaurant up on Oscoda.

Desi’s Restaurant up in Oscoda MI makes a great corned beef hash omelette but unfortunately nobody hereabouts in metro Detroit does.

Desi’s Taco Lounge up in Oscoda Michigan has a great corned beef hash omelette (served during breakfast hours only) and I’ve never found anybody else who makes them, which are apparently a New England thing.
