lunch was this, quite good actually, dinner will be tikka masala made with pataks paste, any recommended ways to use it? I plan to marinate the chicken in it and then fry it up with butter with grated onion and ginger/garlic and add water/cream to the sauce, that sound right? do I need tomato?
