Cool, it's still something for me to explore. We're a family of cooks going back generations, but for the most part it's been Mexican food until my brother and I began exploring other types of cuisines. I got hooked on Nordic food after making a few recipes, but Finnish and Icelandic recipes are somewhat hard for me to come by.
